Frequently asked questions
Who can apply?
Any content creator aged 18 or older, in any niche and with any follower count. Creators based in Ghana are our main focus for now.
Do I need a big following?
No. We look at the quality of your content and your ideas, not only your follower count. New creators are welcome.
Who decides the fee?
You tell us your rates. If we want to work with you, we agree the final fee and what it covers with you, in writing, before any work starts.
What if my rate doesn't fit the budget?
If you said you're open to it, we may come back with the brand's own offer. You can accept it, suggest changes or say no. There's no pressure either way.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying is free, and we will never ask you to pay to join or to get a campaign.
Does applying guarantee paid work?
No. We review every application, and we contact shortlisted creators by their chosen method. Paid work only begins once we both agree on terms.
Can I make videos without posting them on my page?
Yes. Many brands want videos they post themselves. Fill in the "short video for the brand to post" rate in the form.
Do I have to say a post is sponsored?
Yes. Paid posts on your own page must be clearly labelled, for example with the platform's paid partnership tool or #ad. It keeps you within the platform's rules.
How will you contact me?
You can choose email, WhatsApp, or either when applying. If shortlisted, we’ll use your preference. Our WhatsApp is +233 25 668 4076 and our email is dealfluence@juaso.co. We never charge creators to apply.
How does the Juaso Creator Shop work?
We set up a Juaso seller account for you with products already listed. You promote them, and when a follower buys from your shop, FlexRoute delivers the order. You can track each order, and you earn commission on completed sales. Commission rates are shared with selected creators before they start.
Do I need money to start a Creator Shop?
No. You don't buy stock or pay to open the shop. You only promote, and you earn when people buy.
How will I be paid?
Payment method and timing are agreed with selected creators before work begins. Mobile money is commonly used.
What happens to my information?
We only use it to review applications and, if you agree, to contact you about future campaigns. Read the privacy notice.
